Flooring is about enhancing beauty, reducing noise, and adding value to your property.

Questions? Answers.

What Do We Do?

Our professional team assesses existing hardwood floors and evaluates if they should be repaired or installed with new ones.

What to Consider & Expect?

What you should consider and expect depends entirely upon your vision for your home. Each wooden floor has its own benefits, for example, the cost, durability, sound, appearance, and water resistance.

For example, when installing solid hardwood floors in the house, we recommend installing them above ground. For basements and areas below ground, we recommend installing vinyl flooring. This type of flooring is less expensive and easier to replace in the event of water damage.

Of course, solid hardwood has many benefits. It can be sanded and refinished many times throughout its lifespan, while most other engineered wood floors can only be sanded once or twice because they’re much thinner than solid hardwood floors.

The cost of the hardwood floor depends on the type that you get. Solid hardwood tends to be the most expensive, and vinyl is the least expensive. Most engineered hardwood is less expensive than solid hardwood; however, luxury engineered hardwood can be even more expensive than solid hardwood sometimes.

Once we know exactly what you’re looking for, we can recommend the best option for your needs, your vision, your home, and your budget – guiding you through the process from beginning to end.

Our Process

Each type of wood is installed in a different way and has different benefits. The moment that you decide which type of hardwood floor you would like to go with, we can estimate the cost of the installation and the approach to installation.

The installation of new hardwood flooring begins with a professional assessment of the job to ensure that the finished job meets building code specifications, as well as your expectations for the job.

You will be given several hardwood flooring options to fit your specific needs for durability, maintenance, and cost. We offer three main types of hardwood: solid pre-finished, solid unfinished, engineered, and vinyl. and each of these types has different benefits. Our team will walk you through the options and which may be better for you depending on the finished look you want and your lifestyle.

Once we start the job, we perform leveling as necessary and seal all surfaces to provide the proper foundation for hardwood floor installation. Our experts will also install any necessary moisture barriers.

The installation process itself depends on the type of flooring you have chosen. Engineered floors are typically glued directly to concrete if the slab is level enough. Some solid hardwood products can also be directly glued, with proper moisture proofing, or nailed directly to the subfloor. After the assessment, we discuss all of these factors with you to decide what would best suit your property and needs.

Once the floor is installed, solid hardwood and some engineered products require sanding for a smooth, level, and open surface. Once sanding is completed, we apply any stain of your choice to achieve the finished look you desire and bring your vision to life.

Hardwood Floor Repair

Repairing hardwood is about removing all the scratches and small damages to restore your beautiful floors to their former glory.

Questions? Answers.

What do we do?

We restore your hardwood floors to their previous beauty by removing all gouges, scratches, dents, and damages caused by daily wear and tear.

What to consider and expect?

The job of repairing your hardwood floors will depend entirely on the extent of the damage and the methods required to restore the beauty back to your floors. The type of hardwood floor is also a huge factor when determining the estimate and materials needed for the job.

In day-to-day life, we rarely think about the damage that we can cause to our floors. But over time, hardwood floors can become dented, scratched, and even broken. We provide repairs for numerous types of damage, including fixing broken boards, water damage, gouges, stains, dents, and more. We address the repair based on the type and extent of the damage.

During the initial assessment, we will be able to determine what can simply be repaired and what may require entirely new floors. Most of the time, we can repair floors quickly and without any complications.

What is the procces?

If you think your hardwood floor may be damaged or in need of renewal, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We can discuss the details and issues of the flooring over the phone to get a stronger sense of what you may need.

You can also send us detailed photos of the damages, which helps us understand the work that may need to be done. It also helps us provide a rough estimate for you. We can truly determine the severity of the damage during an on-site assessment.

During the on-site assessment, we evaluate the damages to your floor thoroughly to determine what can be easily repaired, and what may need to be replaced. If your floor is simply experiencing daily wear and tear, we are usually able to take care of it. However, sometimes the damages are too extensive, and we may need to talk about replacing certain parts of the floor.

Our team is always sure to walk you through every step of the process. And by the time the job is completed, your old, damaged floors are sure to look brand new again.

Hardwood Floor Refinish

Hardwood floor refinishing is a practical and sustainable option that can help you save money, time, and preserve the original beauty of your floors.

Questions? Answers.

What Do We Do?
Hardwood floor refinishing can transform your floors from dull and worn to stunning and vibrant. By removing scratches, stains, and signs of wear and tear, refinishing can make your floors look brand new again. Plus, refinishing can be a more eco-friendly and cost-effective option compared to full replacement. At Revive 360 Renovations, we specialize in providing these benefits through our hardwood floor refinishing services.
What to Consider & Expect?

When choosing to refinish your hardwood floors with Revive 360 Renovations, there are a few things to consider and expect.

First, it’s important to know that refinishing can be a dusty and time-consuming process, so we take precautions to minimize the dust and disruption in your home. Second, we’ll need to assess the condition of your floors to determine if refinishing is the right option for you, and to discuss the level of finish and stain you desire. Third, we’ll need to schedule a time to complete the refinishing process, which can take a few days to a week depending on the size of the project.

Finally, after the refinishing process is complete, it’s important to follow our care instructions to ensure your newly refinished floors maintain their beauty and durability for years to come.

Our Process

Refinishing hardwood floors is a multi-step process that involves several stages to restore your floors’ beauty and durability. The process typically starts with sanding down the top layer of your floors to remove scratches, marks, and other imperfections. This helps to prepare your floors for the next stages of the refinishing process.

After the sanding process is complete, we’ll apply a new stain or finish to restore your floors’ original beauty and make them more resilient. Depending on the level of finish and stain you desire, we may apply several coats and allow time for drying between each coat. This ensures a smooth, even finish that provides maximum protection against future damage.

Once the final coat of finish or stain has been applied, we’ll do a final inspection to ensure your floors meet our high standards. During this inspection, we’ll look for any areas that may need additional touch-ups or repairs to ensure your floors look their best. We’ll also take the time to make sure everything has been cleaned up, leaving your home in the same condition as when we arrived.

Finally, we’ll provide you with care instructions to help maintain the beauty and durability of your newly refinished floors. These instructions will include avoiding harsh chemicals and heavy furniture, regular cleaning, and maintenance to ensure your floors look their best for years to come. At Revive 360 Renovations we take great care to provide you with beautiful and long-lasting hardwood floors through our refinishing services.

Hardwood Floor Maintenance

Hardwood maintenance is about restoring and maintaining the beauty of your hardwood floors – preventing the damage that comes with daily wear.

Questions? Answers.

What Do We Do?

When it comes to hardwood maintenance, we deeply clean, scrub, buff, and coat your floors to restore the original beauty and shine while preventing any further damage.

What to Consider & Expect?

Hardwood maintenance depends on several factors, including your vision, cost, the type of wood, any damage to the floors, and how long it’s been since the floors were last cleaned and maintained.

Hardwood floor maintenance consists of two parts: The first part is deep cleaning and scrubbing your wood floors, and the second part is buffing and coating.

We recommend doing a deep cleaning and scrubbing service at least once a year for your wood floors. We thoroughly scrub the hardwood floors with special equipment and suitable chemicals and solutions, which help to protect the finish from wearing off. It also helps to prevent the formation of grease, dirt, oils, and scratches on the floor. Deep cleaning and scrubbing are great ways to put some life into your hardwood floors.

Buffing and coating are a bit more extensive; we recommend having it done every 2-5 years, depending on the daily wear and damage to your floors. Buffing and coating consist of passing the floor with fine sandpaper on a buffer, using a dust-free system. This sanding removes all minor scratches, scuff marks, and other imperfections present on the finish.

In some cases, if your floors are dull but you don’t want to do the whole process of buffing and coating, we can apply a rejuvenator solution. We use a rejuvenator solution specific to the type of hardwood floors you have. If any rejuvenator that’s on the market is used, it can deeply damage the floor, and it should only be used after a deep cleaning and scrubbing.

The extent of the hardwood maintenance job depends on how much maintenance may be needed, which we can usually discover when we look at the hardwood ourselves.

Our Process

If it’s been a while since you had hardwood maintenance done, or if you’ve noticed some scratches on your hardwood, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We can always discuss your needs in more depth to see what we can do to help.

After we talk on the phone, we can always come to the site in person and perform an assessment. Seeing the floor and potential wear for ourselves lets us determine exactly what services may be required.

From here, we can talk about what you want for your floors and what exactly you may need: deep cleaning, scrubbing, buffing, coating, and rejuvenation. We typically perform deep cleaning and scrubbing for floors that don’t have too much damage.

However, if we notice scratches in the wood finish, we may recommend getting a buff and a coat, which will restore the finish. After buffing, we add a new polyurethane coat to make your floors look brand new. Of course, if you don’t want a buff and a coat, we may recommend using a rejuvenator solution.

Once we’ve finished the maintenance job and completed our services, your floors are sure to look great again.

Tile Installation & Repair

Tile installation is about enhancing your kitchen, bathroom, or commercial space and creating a truly stunning atmosphere.

Questions? Answers.

What do we do?

With years of experience, our professionals can recommend just the right tile to stand up to years of high-traffic use while still maintaining its gorgeous appearance. We install ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile, including granite, limestone, and travertine. We have a broad variety to suit any taste or preference.

Some available designs are mesh tiles, hexagons, penny, or Subway tiles. Materials like ceramic, porcelain, granite, and quartz, are perfect for your bathroom, all of which we can provide for you.

When it comes to tile, we provide both installation and repair services. Whether your bathroom needs a new floor, your kitchen needs a backsplash, or you need a small repair, we can get the job done.

What to consider and expect?

When it comes to tile installation and repair, there are several factors to consider. The cost, type, and style of each tile will impact your decisions, as well as the amount of material needed.

The price of the tiles depends on the size, material, design, and complexity of the installation itself. Some jobs are easier than others, so it’s important to take that into consideration when making your decision.

Sometimes, since tiles are fragile and can be easily broken during installation, we need to purchase 10 to 15% more tile than we need, just in case of possible breaking or for corner and edge pieces that need to be cut accordingly.

Of course, our dedicated team is always here to help you make the best decision for your bathroom, kitchen, or commercial space.
