Kitchen Remodeling

A complete kitchen remodeling is about making your vision come to life without sacrificing any quality or functionality – starting from scratch to build your dream kitchen.

Questions? Answers.

What Do We Do?

Complete kitchen remodeling is about thoughtfully redesigning your entire kitchen with the help of expert designers. We perform any kind of tear-out, demolition, electrical, plumbing, flooring, custom cabinetry, and other services that you could possibly imagine when it comes to kitchen remodeling. Remodeling can help improve accessibility and functionality, raise the value of your home, and help meet new needs that may have arisen over time.

Whether your counters are outdated, your cabinets need a refresh, or you need an expansion, we have the expertise and resources to bring your vision to life.

What to Consider & Expect?

When it comes to a complete kitchen renovation, you should expect several meetings and discussions about what you want. Since complete remodeling includes a lot of moving parts, you may change your mind about wall colors, cabinet textures, or an island location. Changing your vision to match the space is normal, and we are always willing to work with you.

When you work with us, you can expect an expert team with world-class customer service. Whether we need to take down a wall or reroute plumbing, we can do it all to make your vision come to life. We do everything from tearing out walls to installing new appliances and fixtures.

After the remodel is completed, you can expect an updated kitchen that boosts the value of your home. And, no matter what your expectations or plans are, you can count on us to create a kitchen that meets all of your needs without sacrificing any quality or functionality.

It’s important to note that complete kitchen remodeling projects are done to kitchens that already exist and not new ones. The work that was done when the property was built can affect the remodeling process if it was not up to code or was done a long time ago. In these cases, sometimes special fabrication is required, or we find certain complications that need our attention and care.

Of course, it’s possible that we may meet some challenges along the way. Because we never truly know the extent of the job until we’re in the middle of it, it could potentially alter the costs and our timelines may fluctuate. It’s important to remain flexible with your timeframe and include these unexpected changes in your planning and budget. However, we always keep you fully looped in, so you never feel blindsided.

Our Process

Working with us couldn’t be simpler. After you give us a call, we set a meeting to discuss your thoughts, plans, and ideas. We use our experience to help advise and consult you on different options and ideas to ensure the best possible results for your new kitchen. During this meeting, we offer our advice on appliance placement, cabinetry, storage, and functionality.

After we have an idea of what you want, we give you a rough estimate and an expected lead time. Since we never really know what we’ll encounter while on the job, the estimate and timetable are always subject to change. After that, we meet with our designer to discuss the aesthetic side of things — including your personal vision.

After we discuss everything that you need, we will get a pitch together and send a rough estimate with a timeline. After all of that is approved, we figure out a time to come out and start the job. Throughout the course of the job, we make sure that everything is coming together as you imagined. By the end, your dream kitchen will have come to life.

Kitchen Countertop & Backsplash

Kitchen countertops and backsplash are about refreshing and updating your kitchen space without performing an entire remodeling project.

Questions? Answers.

What do we do?

A kitchen countertop is a major component in your home kitchen, and it’s important to make sure it’s functional throughout daily, regular use. Kitchen backsplash protects your walls from stains and oil splatter while adding personality, color, and style to your kitchen.

We do both countertop and backsplash removal, as well as installation. Since your vision is our priority, we always operate with incredible attention to detail. There are plenty of different materials, styles, and designs to choose from, and you can choose the one that fits your home the most. We work with you so that we can bring your vision to life.

What to consider and expect?

When installing a new countertop, it’s crucial to consider the delivery of the countertop to the property. In some cases, countertop delivery can be complicated. For example, if the countertop is a very large slab or the kitchen is elevated above the first floor. In these specific cases, we may need to bring a crane, which has additional delivery costs.

When you work with materials like granite or quartz, seams in the countertops are to be expected. We do our best to provide countertops with as few seams as possible, but sometimes the slabs are simply too large and have to be delivered in multiple pieces. Otherwise, we risk the slab being broken. When we do have to have seams, we always make sure that the seam placement seems natural and matches the veining pattern of the stone.

What is the procces?

After you reach out to us, we come to the property to take measurements and see exactly what you need. After we discuss what you’ll need, we present a basic range of prices for a standard countertop slab.

After that, you’re welcome to go to any store that you choose, or we can help direct you to a specific store that we work with and help get you a discounted price. Installation prices can vary depending on the type of countertop that you choose.

We recommend choosing 2-3 designs that you like the most, and we can provide our estimated price for each. We also recommend replacing the old garbage disposal and faucet since you’re already investing in new countertops. The fabricator will then come to your property for final measurements, after which we can provide a proper proposal with guidance for the project. Then, we can get started on the job.

Custom Kitchen Cabinets

Custom cabinets are about elevating your kitchen and making your vision come to life.

Questions? Answers.

What Do We Do?

Every kitchen has its own character and style, and adding tailor-made cabinets is a great way to accentuate the design and feel of your kitchen, as well as your home. When it comes to custom cabinets, we do it all. We help you brainstorm selections, make final design approvals, and we install the final product for you. So whether your cabinets are looking outdated, or you just want to elevate your kitchen, we can do it all.

What to Consider & Expect?

It’s important to consider how many options there are when it comes to custom cabinets. There are hundreds of different colors, stains, textures, and styles to choose from, so making a final decision can be difficult. It can also be hard to choose what type of wood or angle cut to go with — that’s why we are always willing to give our expert advice.

Though there are many ways to customize your cabinets, there are only three main types: builder’s grade, semi-custom, and fully customized. Builder’s grade is the most affordable option, and it takes the least amount of time to complete — usually around 2-3 weeks to design and install.

Semi-custom cabinets are more customizable: they allow more flexibility with the design and more customizable options. They can take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver and install.

Fully customized cabinets are designed from scratch, so they’re 100% customizable to your thoughts and vision; however, they can take up to 3-4 months to deliver and install, depending on the supplier, requirements, and type of kitchen.

Our Process

When you decide that you may want to get custom cabinets made for your space, we will have an initial meeting to discuss the project. Then, we will provide you with a rough quote and an estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we will come out to your home to take precise measurements and make the final decisions on style, color, wood, stain, and finish.

Once all of the details are set in place, we put in the request for the custom cabinets. After the cabinets have been completed, we will install them and make sure that they are exactly how you envisioned them.

Kitchen Cabinet Refacing

Maintaining great cabinets isn’t always about replacing; sometimes, it’s just about refacing.

Questions? Answers.

What do we do?
Over time, cabinets can become damaged, chipped, and worn. When it comes to refacing cabinets, we give your current cabinets a makeover and make them look new again. If your cabinets need a touch-up but don’t need to be totally replaced, consider having them refaced. We can reface your cabinets to look like a different type of wood, different texture, different style, or a different color. And we can guarantee that you’ll be pleased with the final product. At Revive 360 Renovations, we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate all tastes and preferences.
What to consider and expect?

When it comes to tile installation and repair, there are several factors to consider. The cost, type, and style of each tile will impact your decisions, as well as the amount of material needed.

The price of the tiles depends on the size, material, design, and complexity of the installation itself. Some jobs are easier than others, so it’s important to take that into consideration when making your decision.

Sometimes, since tiles are fragile and can be easily broken during installation, we need to purchase 10 to 15% more tile than we need, just in case of possible breaking or for corner and edge pieces that need to be cut accordingly.

Of course, our dedicated team is always here to help you make the best decision for your bathroom, kitchen, or commercial space.

What is the procces?

First, you’ll book an appointment with us to discuss your thoughts and visions for your cabinet refacing project. We’ll discuss style, color, wood type, and everything else relevant to the project.

After our initial meeting, we’ll send a rough estimate regarding the price along with a timeline for the project. Once everything has been discussed and confirmed, we organize a time to come out and begin the project.

Finally, once the project is completed, we make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything!

Kitchen Cabinet Painting

Painting your kitchen cabinets with a new color allows you to experiment with a completely new look and style without doing a complete overhaul.

Questions? Answers.

What Do We Do?

When it comes to kitchen cabinet painting, we completely paint the entirety of your kitchen cabinets. We remove all doors and drawers to make sure that every part of your kitchen cabinets receives a fresh coat of paint. We also paint base cabinets. Refreshing or changing the paint on your kitchen cabinets is a great way to give your kitchen a new, updated look without doing a full remodel.

What to Consider & Expect?

While being thorough is our focus, we believe in creating quick turnaround times for our clients. Most of our kitchen cabinet painting jobs are completed within 5-6 days.

Sometimes, we find cabinets that are in bad condition. In these cases, we do not recommend painting over it, as that can cause more damage down the line. If the cabinets aren’t in good condition, it’s better to do a refacing instead of just painting over the cabinets. If they’re in very bad condition, we may recommend replacing them.

Our Process

Once we decide on paint, we schedule a time to come out to the property and start the job. We begin by applying a full protective containment barrier over everything to prevent any harm to the rest of the kitchen.

Then we take apart the cabinets piece by piece: we remove the bases, drawers, and doors. Then, we use a degreasing agent on all those parts to remove any grease or oil from the cabinets.

Before we start the actual painting, we apply two coats of primer on the pieces. Then, we do two coats of paint. Between each part of this step, we buff the cabinets. If we need to seal some holes and make new ones, we do it during this step, as well.

After that, we put the cabinets back together, mount them, and clean everything up. When we paint cabinets, we don’t use standard paint. We use Renner’s premium, water-based topcoat catalyst/hardener, which is extremely durable and prevents mildew growth. You can choose any color of paint that you want, and it can be either glossy or matte polish.

By the time our job is complete, your cabinets are sure to add a whole new look to your kitchen space.
